Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University On October 26, Japan’s former Ambassador to Canada Kenjiro Monji presented a lecture entitled “How to Promote Japan: Public Diplomacy [JB emphasis]and Soft Power” in a Ritsumeikan Center for Asia Pacific Studies (RCAPS) Onigiri Seminar.
