Malago Clubhouse, Malacañang Park November 20, 2018President Rodrigo Roa Duterte administered the oath of office to Mr. Ramon Tulfo, Jr. as his Special Envoy for Public Diplomacy [JB emphasis] to the People’s Republic of China.The simple oath-taking ceremony was held at the Malacañang Golf (Malago) Clubhouse in Malacañang Park, Manila.Before officiating the oath, President Duterte remarked that Mr. Tulfo is “deserving of the appointment,” to which the Special Envoy responded with utmost gratitude.Mr. Ramon Tulfo, Jr. was joined in the ceremony by his wife, Mrs. Josephine Tulfo, and their daughters.
