The embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in ROK launched its yearly program “Welcome to Oman”. H.E Mohamed Alharthy, Oman ambassador said: “This year program will focus on Public Diplomacy [JB emphasis] through a series of cultural and Artistic activities including lectures series at the embassy and Korean school and universities, exhibitions, performances, promotional programs on tourism and investment opportunities which purpose is to promote understanding and bring nations together and closer which aims to enhance the relation and cooperation between Oman and Korea”.

At the launching program the embassy hosted 26 Koreans students from Hankuk university, Myeongi, Dankook, Chosun and Busan university of Foreign studies. 20 students among them are going to Oman to study Arabic..

The Free Trade Agreement (FTA) Portal provides easy access to information that helps exporters, importers, customs brokers, freight forwarders and other businesses benefit from Australia’s free trade agreements.
Users of the FTA Portal can, for instance, search for the goods they want to export using keywords, find reduced free trade agreement tariff rates, and learn how to obtain the documents necessary to get tariff reductions.
The FTA Portal also includes guidance and information on selling services to overseas customers, travelling overseas to supply services, and establishing an overseas presence.

The 8th International Forum Arctic: Today and the Future will be held in St. Petersburg on December 5‒7. More than 2,000 people from 40 Russian regions and 20 countries have declared their intention to participate. Over 350 speakers are expected to take the floor at the forum.
The event is supported by the State Commission for Arctic Development and organized by the Association of Polar Explorers.
The forum will promote Russia's core national interests in the Arctic through developing civil society interaction, both in the form of public dialogue with government authorities and also via public diplomacy [JB emphasis], with collaboration between the participants and international non-government organizations,” the organizers stated.
